President Biden on Wednesday announced his intent to nominate three new Court of Appeals nominees and three new District Court nominees—all of which embody his commitment to ensuring judicial nominees “represent not only the excellence but the diversity of our nation,” the White House said.
Just 112 days into his first term, the president is now up to 20 judicial nominations, continuing to put forth judicial candidates from diverse professional and personal backgrounds.
